WHY ORDERING ONLINE IS BETTER THAN PHONE?
Ordering online via MV TAKEOUT provides several advantages:

• Novelty: We offer a huge selection of restaurants with their corresponding menus online. You have the chance to discover new restaurant menus day in day out.
• Take your time: You have ample time to browse through all restaurants menus instead of listening to someone go through them on the phone.
• You have an idea of what you are ordering: We help you to make the right choice as we provide assessments and reviews of the restaurants from other customers.
• Convenient payment method: if you order through MV TAKEOUT you are not limited to paying cash only. During check out you can pay with your debit or credit card.
• You can see details of previous orders and easily re-order.

WHY REGISTER?
Registration is required mainly to facilitate future orders. As a registered user you are spared to hassle of having to enter your details on future orders because the system remembers them. You have the opportunity at any time to add, delete and edit entered addresses, track order history and quickly order from your favorite restaurant.

WHO WILL DELIVER THE ORDER?
Once your order is ready for pick up one of our designated drivers will deliver to your residence.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, we wait a couple of minutes in case you call us with an order change. We do our best to deliver your food as quickly as possible. Sometimes restaurants handle a huge number of orders or drivers might get stuck in traffic - unfortunately this may delay your order. If you wait longer than expected delivery time, please contact us and we will tell you why

HOW IS PAYMENT IS MADE?
We take Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, the UNC One Card, etc.

WHY DO I GET THE MESSAGE THAT THE RESTAURANT DOES NOT DELIVER TO ME?
Delivery zones each restaurant vary and MV TAKEOUT cannot influence that. Once you type in your address, you will be able to see all restaurants that deliver to you..

DOES THE PRICE CHANGE WHEN AN ORDER IS MADE ONLINE?
No, prices are set by restaurants. They stay the same as if you are visiting the restaurant.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM?
While we strive to make sure every order is correct, sometimes mistakes are made. If something is left off of your order, we will either go back and pick up the item for you or remove any charge associated with that item from your bill - whichever you prefer.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY?
The cost of delivery varies depending on your location. The cost of delivery for each order is displayed in “Your cart”.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your food might arrive in an hour or less. Delivery time depends on the restaurant, what you order and your location. Note that this is not entirely fast food. The restaurant has to prepare your food that's why we say an hour or less. Basically we can have your food delivered to you in 30 minutes. .

CAN I PRE_ORDER?
Yes, You can place an order and choose the day and time of delivery consistent with the working hours of the restaurant and MV TAKEOUT

HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE?
Invoices are sent via e-mail.

HOW DO I KNOW FOR SURE THAT MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?
After placing an order you will arrive at an order confirmation page. When the order is sent successfully, you will receive a confirmation email to the e-mail address selected during registration. If this is your first time ordering from MV TAKEOUT operator will contact you for confirmation and clarification of details.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SENT?
We need to confirm with the restaurant and try to make necessary changes. Financially you are responsible for an already placed order. If you want to change your order, we will attempt to accommodate such wishes within the time constraints and the good will of the participating restaurant. However, if a change is too late to process (ie. the restaurant has already prepared your food), you are responsible for payment of the original order. If you need to change your order, you must contact our staff via phone ASAP.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION?
We are committed to the security of your data and information. We never share any information with anyone outside our company. DO I NEED TO TIP THE DRIVERS?
We recommend tipping your delivery driver if they have provided good service. Drivers are just like waiters in a restaurant; they work for tips. Our drivers are not paid an hourly wage – their only compensation is a small fee for each order they deliver. Drivers must maintain their own vehicles and pay for their own fuel. If you have received poor service please don’t take it out on your driver! Please call the office so that we may correct the problem.

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?
If you have a question or concern that relates to an order that you just placed or just received please call us right away so that we can address your problem in the fastest possible manner. If you have more general concerns, please email us mvtakeout@gmail.com. Expect a response within 24 hours.

MY ORDER IS MISSING SOMETHING. WHY DIDN’T THE DRIVER CHECK THE ORDER?
For reasons of food safety, our drivers are not permitted to check your order for correctness. This ensures that your food is not handled between the time the restaurant packages it and the time you open it. While this makes mistakes harder to catch, it also helps preserve the quality of your food.
